After signing up and logging in, you'll be taken to the Brand Setup page. Enter your brand name, website URL, social media handles, target audience, brand voice, and color palette. Kapurv's AI will use this to generate all future content perfectly tailored to your brand identity.

Your 15-day free trial gives you 50 AI credits to explore the full platform — content generation, AI research, campaign planning, and the content calendar. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue.

AI Credits are the currency of Kapurv's AI features. Each AI action (generating a caption, creating an image, running a research query, building a campaign plan) costs a small number of credits. Text Generation (brand analysis, calendar generation etc.) consumes 1 credit Image Generation and Editing consumes 2 credits, while Campaign Generation consumes 3 credits. Credits never expire and can be topped up anytime.

Yes! Click "Continue with Google" on the sign-up or login screen. Your Google account name, email, and profile photo will be used to create your Kapurv account. No separate password is required when using Google sign-in.

Go to Organization Setup from your dashboard. Create an organization with a name and set an Admin PIN. Share the organization name and PIN with your team members — they can then select "Join an Organization" during signup to connect under your account.

Kapurv is a web application optimized for desktop and tablet use. While the landing page is fully responsive on mobile devices, the main app dashboard is best experienced on screens larger than 1024px for the full workflow experience.

Kapurv uses Google Gemini for all text-based AI — content generation, caption writing, AI research, and campaign planning. Gemini is one of the most capable language models available, ensuring high-quality, coherent output tailored to your brand voice.

Image generation uses the Nano Banana AI model , which gives you access to powerful open-source AI image models. Describe your visual in plain language, select your preferred style, and Kapurv will generate brand-consistent images ready to use in your content.

No. Kapurv does not use your content, prompts, or AI outputs to train any proprietary AI model. Your brand data is yours alone. Our AI providers (Google and Replicate) have their own API data policies — we recommend reviewing their published policies for full details.

AI Research lets you run deep research queries powered by Gemini. Ask about trends in your industry, competitor strategies, content ideas for specific platforms, or audience insights. Results include actionable summaries with follow-up Q&A support and one-click brief generation.

Select a campaign type (product launch, seasonal, awareness, etc.), describe your goal, and Kapurv's AI builds you a complete multi-platform campaign plan — including post ideas, timing recommendations, caption drafts, and a full content calendar. You can refine the plan with follow-up questions before exporting.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Every AI output is a starting point, not a final product. You have full editing control over captions, images, briefs, and plans before anything is published or saved. Your judgment always takes precedence.

Kapurv offers two paid plans after your free trial:

• Starter — ₹99/month: 1 brand, 500 AI credits on first purchase, AI Research, Social Media Calendar. Best for solo creators.
• Basic — ₹499/month: 3 brands, 1000 AI credits on first purchase, full team collaboration, approval workflow, organization setup. Best for growing teams.

Credits purchased are yours to keep — they don't expire with your subscription.

Yes. Credits never expire as long as your account is active. The credits included in your first plan purchase are a one-time bonus. You can purchase additional credit top-ups at any time from your account dashboard, independent of your monthly subscription.

Go to your Profile → Subscription & Billing section. You'll find options to purchase credit bundles. Top-ups are processed instantly and added to your account balance immediately after payment confirmation.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Any credits in your account will remain available for use until your account is closed. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription days.

No. Kapurv does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We only receive a confirmation token and transaction status from the payment provider.

Go to Profile → Account Settings. From there you can update your display name, email address, and password. If you signed up via Google, password management is handled through your Google account settings.

We're sorry to see you go. To request account deletion, email support@kapurv.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days. Your brand content and data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Available on the Basic plan, the Approval Workflow lets team members submit AI-generated content for review before it's finalized. As an Organization Admin, you can approve or request revisions on content created by your team, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.

The Starter plan supports 1 brand. The Basic plan supports up to 3 brands. Each brand has its own isolated workspace with separate brand voice, content library, calendar, and settings. Need more brands? Contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

The Social Media Calendar gives you a visual month-view of all your planned content across platforms. You can add posts manually, import from campaign plans, or let AI suggest optimal posting days based on your brand's audience. Color-coded by platform, it keeps your entire pipeline organized at a glance.

Kapurv's calendar currently supports planning and scheduling visibility — it shows you when to post and what to post. Native direct publishing to social platforms is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can export your content and schedule it using your preferred social media tools.

The Image Editor is accessible from the Content Creation workspace. Upload an existing image or use an AI-generated one, then use AI-powered editing tools to adjust, add text overlays, change styles, or create variations — all while maintaining your brand's visual identity.

All content you save within Kapurv is stored for as long as your account is active. Drafts, approved posts, AI research history, and campaign plans are all persistently saved in your brand workspace. On account closure, content is deleted within 30 days.

First, check that you have sufficient AI credits remaining (visible on your dashboard). If credits are available, try refreshing the page and attempting the generation again. If errors persist, it may be a temporary issue with our AI provider — please wait a few minutes and try again. For ongoing issues, contact support@kapurv.com.

If using email/password, click "Forgot password?" on the login screen to reset your password. If using Google sign-in, make sure you're selecting the correct Google account. If you're still locked out, email us at support@kapurv.com with your registered email address.

Credit updates typically appear within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation. Try refreshing your profile page. If credits haven't appeared after 10 minutes, please email support@kapurv.com with your transaction reference number and we'll resolve it promptly.

This is usually a browser cache issue. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or clear your browser cache. If the problem persists across different browsers, please reach out to our support team with a description of the issue and your browser version.
